Internet poker and credit card frauds

It is a pity that some countries are pub on various e-commerce ban lists. For example Lithuania. A small country with 3,4 million population has lots of troubles with credit card frauds. Lithuanians cannot play internet poker, because their cards are sometimes rejected with explanation “your country is on ban list”. That's why I still play with virtual money, because simply I cannot make any deposit.
